Why the Welly Walk?

As many of you know Henry was born extremely premature in November 2018. After being discharged from neonatal in February 2019 he has numerous admissions to Ipswich childrens department for health concerns. He also regularly attends the out patients department for his health and development to be monitored. We cannot thank the hospital enough for all the care and support they have given to Henry and our family. The welly walk is our chance to give something back and in Mollie's words " I want to do it to help Henrys hospital."

The Children's Department at Ipswich Hospital is in desperate need of modernisation. It's dark, tired and the layout is no longer fit for purpose. By supporting The Children's Appeal we can transform the department so it's light, airy and welcoming for patients and their families.
