The Ulster Society Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a Charity dedicated to the objective clearly stated in its title, ‘The Prevention of Cruelty and the Relief of Suffering.’ It is the second oldest animal welfare charity in the world.
The USPCA is 100% funded by voluntary donations.
