We’re attempting to walk the 18 mile route to raise money for the Rennie Grove Hospice Care who are a registered charity offering services to support local patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. By offering a 24-hour responsive hospice at home service in combination with other services such as day hospice and family support, they allow their patients to choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life.
