✨ Charity Pilates Class for St Helena Hospice ✨

We are hosting a special Charity Pilates Class to raise money for St Helena Hospice — the chosen charity supported by Bodyworks Physiotherapy Clinic.

The event will take place on Saturday 6th June at The Atrium, Phoenix Square, and will be led by 5 fully qualified Pilates instructors from Bodyworks Physiotherapy Clinic.

This uplifting 90-minute class is suitable for all levels and can be attended:

• In person

• Live on Zoom

• Or via recording afterwards

After the class, everyone is warmly invited to join us at Bodyworks Physiotherapy Clinic for tea, coffee, and cakes.

Donation options for the class are:

• £15 Minimum Donation

• £20 Supporter Donation

• £30 Extra Supporter Donation

Any additional donations are hugely appreciated, and if you are unable to attend the class but would still like to support St Helena Hospice, donations are very welcome.

St Helena Hospice is a cause that means a great deal to the team at Bodyworks Physiotherapy Clinic, with staff having personal experience of the care and support the hospice provides to patients and families.
