Thank you so much to everyone in Team Connell for contributing to this amazing charity, Treetops ✨ Connell was supported and cared for by Treetops nurses alongside me, around the clock at our home during his final months of his cancer journey. I couldn’t have done it without them and their unwavering support. Treetops also continue to support me and Carmella with weekly bereavement counselling to help us navigate our way with life after losing my husband and Carmella losing her Dad.

Connell’s legacy is being lived on by us all by helping others who may face needing Treetops support. Treetops offer a wide range of support across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire who have received a life limiting diagnosis. They provide nursing care and emotional support to adults with a life limiting illness, as well as bereavement support for adults and children. Their services are completely free of charge and your donation could help fund care in our community.

• £34.50 could fund a one-to-one counselling session for a child

• £67 could support a visit from our Roaming Nurses

• £75.50 could fund two group sessions of non-talking therapy for a child

• £108 could provide a full night of Hospice at Home nursing care
