Almost 10 years ago, a team of 51 young - and not so young - volunteers took part in the Annual Dedham 3K/10K, successfully raising money for Bowel Cancer UK.

Now, nearly a decade later, the time has come again to assemble another team of young and now even less young volunteers to enter the 2026 Dedham 3K/10K on Sunday 13th September.

This year we will be raising money for both Bowel Cancer UK and Prostate Cancer UK - two extremely worthwhile charities.

For every runner who enters the Dedham 10K Milsom Hotels will match the entry fee with a donation on the designated JustGiving page.

Following the Dedham 10K, runners and non runners alike are invited to a special charity event in the Talbooth Marquee in support of both charities. It promises to be a fantastic afternoon, featuring a fabulous three course Talbooth barbeque lunch, river boat trips, live music from Casper Clarke and Paul Anthony (Bowie tribute act). There will also be an auction to raise as much as possible for these two important causes.
