This September, our team will be taking on the Great North Run to raise money for WellChild – an incredible charity that has made a real difference to Henry and his family.

Henry is Shevonne’s son. He has complex medical needs and relies on a tracheostomy and ventilator to help him breathe. His care is needed 24 hours a day, and even the simplest family outings require careful planning and specialist equipment. Despite everything he faces, Henry is a happy, determined little boy whose courage and resilience inspire everyone who knows him.

WellChild supports seriously ill children like Henry and their families, helping children with exceptional health needs receive the care they need while providing practical and emotional support to those caring for them. Their work makes an enormous difference to families facing extraordinary challenges every day.

As Henry’s family and friends, we wanted to give something back to a charity that gives so much to families like ours. That’s why we’re taking on the Great North Run together.

Every mile we run is for Henry and for every child and family supported by WellChild. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help them continue their incredible work and provide vital support to more families.

To give our fundraising an extra boost Team Plan Ltd (Yorkshire based Planning & Project Controls consultancy, and friends of Henry) will match fund our efforts!
