We are Team Marine Local- Nina, Danielle, Jade and Emma and we are taking on the challenge of doing a 13 Mile Mighty hike in the Lake District to raise money for Macmillan Cancer support. We have chosen to support this amazing charity by raising as much money as we can, so that they can keep supporting people who are fighting or have fought this terrible disease.

Cancer is a very aggressive and destructive enemy of our bodies. Even after treatment, the body is devastated as it tries to restore the damage caused by the treatment itself under the fight against the disease. This is a very long process.

Sadly we go through the disease of the century. In honour of those we know are fighting cancer, we all know someone fighting this battle... 🖤
