Story
We're back again, lacing up our trainers to raise vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK and, raise awareness of a disease that affects thousands of men and their families every year on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October 2026.
Our Challenge: Run or walk 5 or 10km, or run the Royal Parks Half Marathon (21km)
Irrespective of the distance, every step our team takes is helping to make a difference. Some of us will be walking, some running, and some taking on the longer distance, but we’re all coming together to raise awareness, support men and their families, and help Prostate Cancer UK continue its lifesaving work.
Prostate cancer is now the most common cancer in men in the UK. Tragically, too many lives are lost because the disease is often diagnosed too late. Early detection can make all the difference.
If you're a man aged 50 or over, or 45 or over if you're Black, or have a family history of prostate cancer, it's important to understand your risk and speak to your GP about a PSA blood test.
Black men are at particularly high risk, with 1 in 4 expected to develop prostate cancer during their lifetime. Raising awareness in our communities could help save countless lives.
Whether you can donate £5, £10, £50 or more, every contribution brings us one step closer to our goal and helps Prostate Cancer UK continue its life-saving work.
If you're unable to donate, you can still make a huge difference by sharing this page with your family, friends and colleagues.
Thank you for your generosity, encouragement and support. Together, we can raise awareness, fund life-saving research and help more men live longer, healthier lives.
