We fund prostate cancer research to give men a better chance to beat cancer

Story

Our team is made up of a fantastic group of research scientists from the Targeted Cancer Therapy Group (+friends) at the University of Surrey. We are going to be taking part in the Cotswold Way 50K Ultrachallenge walk on the 24th June to raise money for our amazing supporting charity The Prostate Project. The Prostate Project has for many years generously supported the research we do in Surrey. They are currently supporting a range of projects in our lab from understanding the disparities in clinical outcomes in prostate cancer patients of different ethnicities, to development of novel viral immunotherapies for prostate cancer, to addressing the critical need in identifying and treating the advanced form of prostate cancer, neuroendocrine prostate cancer.

Your support will enable us to apply state-of-the art techniques to these projects to advance our understanding of prostate cancer and improve the outcomes for men with prostate cancer.
