We are taking part to celebrate those who have survived suicide and to remember those who have sadly been taken by it.

No one should ever feel there is no other option. There is always hope, always help available, and always a reason to stay.

We're raising money for CALM because we want to help smash the stigma around suicide, encourage people to talk, and support those who are struggling.
