A team from the Studio are undertaking a Hyrox challenge in December.

The team, so far, is:

Jo

Katie

Lizzie

Alex and;

Zoe - who is going solo and taking on the entire feat by herself.

The rest of us are joining forces with a friend and doubling up to manage to stay alive during the event.

Hyrox is an 8k run split in laps whilst you undertake fundamental stations in between such as a 1k ski erg, sled push, sled pull, lunges, 1k row, burpee broad jumps, farmers carry and wall balls!

It is an incredible challenge and please support us whilst we raise mo ey for an incredible charity at the same time.
