Within the Market Research department in 4COM we have chosen Hope For Food as our charity for the year. We have so far taken part in a no swear February (which was a bit of an eye opener for us all!) and now 11 members of the department have volunteers to raise continue this by taking part in the Jurassic costal walk.

Hope for food is a local Bournemouth charity who provide food and essential items to those who need it. They are seeing these numbers rise with increased energy bills and the cost of living, feeding on average 60 people twice a week as well as giving out food parcels and warm clothing. They are ran entirely by volunteers with no government funding and really do make a difference.

We need to raise a minimum of £1,485 as a department, which will be matched by the 4COM foundation.

We will be walking 34 km with 1100m elevation, which will take around 6-8 hours!
