Hi all - the ol' man and I, Leigh Adamson, will be running 10k in Roundhay Park on Sunday 21 November in support of Movember. All fundraising will go to the Movember charity - the leading men's health charity in the UK which works to address issues including suicide prevention, mental health awareness and prostate cancer.
