Raising money for NeoAngels and South Tees Hospitals Charity

Story

Raffle numbers are £5 per number as we have been gifted some AMAZING prizes. If you'd like more than one number then just send your donation in a lump sum as long as it is a multiple of 5 then I will put in the correct amount of tickets for you! E.g. £20 gets you 4 tickets.

To make sure you are successfully entered into the draw, make sure you click "Donate to a team member" button just above which will then take you to the Team members, which are both "Cassie Burns" and then "Donate". If you want to read about the different charities you can click on my name too 😊

IMPORTANT: Please tick the box 'I'm happy to share my contact details with Cassie Burns for the purpose of thanking me' BEFORE YOU COMPLETE PAYMENT then I will be able to email you if you have won a prize 😊

The raffle will be drawn on 18th February 2023 so I will contact all the lucky winners by the end of February 2023!

Thank you for reading and supporting this cause ❤ ️

Any unclaimed or unwanted raffle prizes will be donated directly to the amazing staff on the units who helped our family and who continue help many others!

I'd like both charities to receive an equal amount as possible so please donate to whichever charity has the least amount to make it even - thank you.

Our Story

Hi, I'm Cassie, the very lucky Mama to beautiful Albert. For a little bit of context, Albert was delivered safely via emergency c-section on the 29th July 2022 at North Tees Hospital, however he wasn't due until the 10th October. Being born at 29+3 weeks and weighing 3lb 4oz, our little man needed lots of help from our amazing NHS to be able to survive and thrive as well as he is today. Albert was transferred to James Cook Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) where he spent 10 days receiving the urgent care he needed, and it certainly was intense! Once stable enough, Albert was transferred back to North Tees Special Care Baby Unit where he spent a further 5 weeks becoming well enough to come home. I cannot put into words how truly incredible the people are who work on both of those units; they are literally angels! The nurture, love and care they provided, not only for Albert, but for our family, was just overwhelming and we can't thank them enough for their support during the scariest time of our lives. The two charities attached to this page help the units to provide care and comfort to families, like ours, whose worlds have turned upside down when what should be the happiest time of your life becomes the most frightening and unknown.
