We are a group of colleagues in Newcastle who are taking part in a group hike around 15km to the peak of Helvellyn (950m) in the Lake District (via a couple more summits) to raise money for Tyneside and Northumberland Mind charity.

We want to raise awareness and stimulate conversation within our workplace and private lives about some of the issues which affect people's mental health. Alongside this we want to raise as much money as we can for our local Mind charity so that they can continue to carry out the amazing work they do in our communities promoting positive mental health.
