Story

H1st Annual Virtual Bardet Biedl WALK for Isabella & Kate Chisholm

Our Isabella turns 21 on Saturday, October 17. Isabella was born with a rare congenital condition called Bardet Biedl Syndrome. As it turns out, Isabella’s birthday this year is even more special for her as will be the exact date of the 1st annual virtual walk for Bardet Biedl Syndrome (an international event spearheaded by the Marshfield Research Clinic for BBS in Wisconsin).

As most of our Facebook crew know, our eldest daughter Isabella as well as our baby Kate, were both born with Bardet Biedl Syndrome. We are initiating a 7 day challenge in hopes of raising funds on our daughters’ behalf which will contribute to moving this disease forward. Your support will serve to help all of the families having to deal with the worries, trials and tribulations of having loved ones afflicted with this life long all encompassing condition. Any donation at all is so much appreciated and will help to drive a big outcome. Let’s see where this can go!!
