At some stage or another we have all had our own personal struggles, which we have overcome.

Now imagine a child trying to figure out how to deal with intrusive thoughts and feelings and think of the burden that child must be carrying. It's too much for young shoulders to bear. We have chosen Place2Be as our charity this year, because they focus on children's mental-health within schools as well as working with parents and carers.

Representing the heavy burden that mental health places on our children and young people, the team will collect stones and rocks along the walk which they’ll carry in their backpacks.
