I am taking on the epic challenge of rappelling down the 11 story Lister tower block in our Lister Abseil challenge this May!

This challenge is in aid of the East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity, please donate to help the charity to fund projects that enhance patient care at the Lister, New QEII and Hertford County hospitals & Mount Vernon Cancer Centre!

About the charity

We enhance the fantastic care provided by East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust - at the Lister, Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, the QEII and Hertford County. We support patients, staff and visitors by investing in extra equipment, facilities and research to improve the hospital experience for everyone
