County Insurance Services are proud to be supporting Daybreak Oxford as our nominated Charity of the Year 2022.

This year for the first time our staff have nominated charities for us to support. The charities were put to a vote and Daybreak Oxford was the winner becoming our Charity of the Year.

Daybreak runs three day centres or clubs in Oxfordshire, providing care and support to help people live well with dementia. These are Rosewood in Greater Leys, Lilacs in Kidlington and Limes in North Oxford. Their aims are to help maintain skills and abilities, to provide stimulation, enjoyment and companionship, and to allow family carers a break from their care-giving responsibilities.

We have been raising money throughout the year with 'charity chocolate' in our kitchen areas, running a Treasure Map competition at the agricultural shows that we attend and our main event is our 5 mile sponsored walk in Oxford on 1st October.
