Hi, welcome to our Just Giving page!

As you may know, me and my star team of girls and boys have been pounding the streets in preparation for the Edinburgh Marathon Team Relay in memory of my husband Dave McGovern.

Our team have had a few changing faces over the training weeks due to injury, but the final Dream Team of me, Mel, Monica and our last minute saviour, Craig are pumped and ready for the challenge.

We are hoping to raise as much as possible for the brilliant charity Marie Curie, the Edinburgh Hospice that looked after our wonderful Dave so well in his last months. He felt incredibly well cared for by their excellent team who worked so hard to make sure he had everything he needed and more. Would be lovely if you can dig deep for this excellent charity that really made the most difficult of times for our family that little bit more bearable.

All of you who knew Dave will know his enthusiasm was unstoppable and I know he would be so proud to be part of a fundraising team so dig deep if you can folks!

Hope to see as many friendly faces along the route on the day but most importantly if you can give a donation, no matter how big or small, it would be so much appreciated.
