Last year, I faced a challenging journey with heart issues, and I was overwhelmed by the fantastic support I received from friends, family, and the incredible NHS staff. This year, I am excited to participate in the "SHC Annual Sponsored Walk 2025" on May 4th, a wonderful opportunity to connect with others who share similar cardiac experiences. Together, we will walk alongside the dedicated teams from the Sussex Cardiac Centre who have played a vital role in our care.

Since its inception in 1992, this walk has raised over £500,000 to support heart health initiatives across Sussex. These funds have transformed lives through life-saving equipment, rehabilitation programs, and essential services that many of us rely on. It is inspiring to see how our collective efforts can make such a significant impact on heart health in our community.
