As the memory walk has had to be cancelled we have decided to do the HERO WALK instead. Please donate what you can for this amazing organisation as we walk for Dick who was and will always be OUR HERO to raise funds for all that Dorothy House do. We did the dusk memory walk for the first time last year (2019. ) It was just 4 months after losing my beloved husband Dick Bull to prostate cancer. Although it was difficult to take part in the dusk walk without him it was also wonderful to be able raise funds for Dorothy House who helped me fulfil Dick‘s wish to remain at home with me throughout. Sadly, On 21st December 2018 Dick passed away peacefully in my arms. I shall be forever grateful for the support we received from Dorothy House and for the continuing support they have been to me. I vowed after our first dusk memory walk that I would do it again to celebrate Dick’s life, remember how he loved walking and all things outdoors and most importantly raise money for Dorothy House. For which I know Dick would approve. Every penny counts. Thanking you in anticipation.
