Our Story
We see your future whatever the past
Nacro believes that everyone deserves a good education, a safe and secure place to live, the right to be heard, and the chance to start again, with support from someone on their side. Here, Lincolnshire NEST (Nacro Education Support and Transition) Service, is a source of hope and empowerment to young people aged 16-18, care leavers up to 21, and young parents.
The service offers creative and innovative person-centered support packages that are tailored to each individual, with low to intensive needs to help build confidence, independence, and resilience. We work continuously to understand each person's strengths and ambitions, providing positive options and opportunities to help them thrive and equip them with the tools they need to transition to independent living or return home to their families.
Our program is committed to providing a supportive environment and accommodation services located in Lincoln, Boston, and Grantham, comprising shared flats, houses, and individual self-contained spaces, where young people can grow and achieve their full potential.
At Nacro, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed and thrive, and we are proud to be a part of their journey toward a brighter future.
Here in Lincolnshire; NEST Service hubs have set upon themselves a team challenge, and a little bit of competition, as we approach winter - to reach out to the wider community to raise money for our young people in time for a little extra this Christmas, 2023. We hope to raise an additional £10 for each of our young people, so please help and give a little if you can in time for Christmas.
