Last year my Grandpa, and Dads father, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s dementia. On the 13th June we will be taking on the challenge of a Trek26, walking a marathon through the Brecon Beacons raising money for Alzheimer's Society.

The support that Alzheimer's Society provides people living with dementia and their families is really important as well as supporting those currently living with it, they are conducting vital research to prevent and cure this disease.
