Weʼre raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by doing the full Marathon hike in September to say thank you for looking after our dear friend Ben Allen during his fight against cancer.

Ben was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2021, which he fought until the very end and was an absolute hero to those around him.

Ben often spoke of the support Macmillan had given him and his wife Jess over the last few years and we'd like to give something back to help them continue to give others the support Ben and his family received and as a way of saying thank you.

A selfless, kind and loving person, Ben was a wonderful husband, cat lover, musician, film enthusiast and avid gamer. He is dearly missed.
