The Kier Places London Royal Parks Challenge

At Kier Places, we are passionate about supporting the communities in which we work.

A big part of our business is about repairing, maintaining, and providing safety services for places where people live. This means we see first-hand the impact of the Trussell Trust and the fantastic work they do through their nationwide network of food banks to provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.

That’s why we’re so proud that Kier Group, through the Kier Foundation, will support Trussell Trust over the next two years, delivering volunteer and pro bono work, as well as aiming to raise £250,000 to support core delivery programmes, including cost of living emergency support.

To support this important cause and to help raise lots of money, Kier Places is taking on the London Royal Parks Challenge on Thursday 9 November, where staff will take on a challenging 42km walk that links Royal Parks across London.

Please donate what you can to help the Kier Places team take on this tough challenge – but most importantly, to ensure Trussell Trust can continue their vital work in helping people to access emergency food and practical support which can lift people out of poverty.
