Both kirsty and rhys are doing 30 mins of exercise a day on the running machine and leg walker machine for kirsty and rhys doing this is a big thing as they have choosen to do this for charity kirsty and exercise dont go unless its dancing and rhys likes his playstation so we getting them active for a good cause xx
