My sister Mary and I are doing a 13 mile trek in the Lake District on 8 August to help raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. Our mum suffered from dementia and died 5 years ago. But it wasn't just her who suffered - those who cared for her and those left behind. As we edge closer to that age when we could be one of the next we want to raise awareness and money and do something in her memory. Please support us if you can.
