Myself and my colleague Mandy will be raising money for Bedford Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonalds House Charity by taking part in a charity bike ride.

We will be joining a team of McDonalds employees and suppliers, riding for 3 days from Bedford to Liverpool via the Peak District and visiting Bedford Children's Hospital and RMHC houses in Manchester and Liverpool.

We are funding our own expenses so all money raised will go direct to the charity's.
