Oh, The Places You Will Go!

A year-long fundraising challenge to raise funds for Perth SAMH service.

The Objective:

To get outdoors and experience as many new places around us as possible within a year and share our mini adventure story via our online fundraising page to raise money for our Perth service. This is to create better opportunities for the people we support and improve the service that we provide.

We aim to explore new places in new ways, whether that be walking, running, cycling, wild swimming, climbing a hill/mountain, camping, you name it, we'll try it. As long as we are out exploring a new part of the country. This isn't about getting to the top of the hill, it's about the journey, whether we summit or not does not matter. As long as we are getting out there either on our own or dragging our friends/families/colleagues/dogs and stepping out the door. It’s not about statistics, of how many steps/miles and elevation we can achieve. It’s about doing what we can with what we have in the moment and trying to cover the map of Scotland with as many memories as possible.
