Hello! We are 'Team Rescue Remedy' and we are taking part in the Battle Cancer event to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Cancer has affected us all in some way and so we want to raise as much money as we can for Macmillan who provide specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.

Representing the amazing ADVHQ, Henley-on-Thames, we are going to take on 5 gruelling 10 minute workouts in 2.5 hours at Olympia, London. 10 minutes of intense work followed by 20 minutes of recovery x 5 times. Because today, 1 in 2 is affected by cancer.

We will also take on the AMRAP Fundraiser (As Much Raised As Possible) before the event day to support our chosen cancer charity. Every £ we raise is an extra point for our team on the leaderboard.​
