The truth is, you never really understand the impact of blood cancer until it hits home. Until it’s someone you love. Until you’re sitting in a hospital room, hearing words you never thought you’d have to process. That’s when the stats stop being numbers, and they start being names. Faces. Lives.

Every 14 minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a form of blood cancer. That’s more than 100 people every single day. And while that might just sound like another grim fact, it becomes painfully real when it’s your family or your friend or someone you know.

We’re running for them. For the ones who’ve had to fight. For the ones still fighting. And for the ones we’ve heartbreakingly lost.
