On the 30th April 2023, our team Scrambled Legs will be walkjng 23 miles with The Kiltwalk to support our local mental health chairty, ESTEEM Clydesdale.

They are a great South Lanarkshire mental health charity. All of us, at some point in our lives, can struggle with our mental health and may need the support from these local charities such as ESTEEM. They can help to improve our daily lives with the groups and informations etc they have set up and ultimately to help stamp out stigma around mental health!
