Ready, Set, SNOW! We are unleashing our inner elves to support people affected by dementia.

We want to raise awareness of dementia and the help needed for those people newly diagnosed and those living with dementia.

Our elf day will have cakes, biscuits, games, hot chocolate, a little sing song and a raffle.
