Story

We* have now completed the challenge and covered 60km between us. Thank you to everyone who took part whether that was encouraging us around, walking, jogging or sprinting around Finsbury Park. And also thank you to everyone who has kindly donated.

*Rachel, Daisy, Susie, Crispin, Meg, Martin, Rick, Janet, Rosie, Andrew, Matthew, David, Sophie, John, Angela, Dan.

We were part of a global community including people in Palestine. We covered the 750km length of the Israeli separation wall (many times over) over the weekend of 26 - 27 March 2021.

We all did this to raise awareness of the human cost of the Wall, to demand freedom of movement for Palestinians and to help raise £15,000 to rebuild a Palestinian home.

Amos Trust normally takes a team to participate in the Palestine marathon in Bethlehem at the end of March but this year, for obvious reasons, that won't be happening so instead we will run the wall.

Together with other runners from the UK, Palestine and around the world we want to show that even though we can't physically run together, we can stand together.

Thank you for your support.

PS All donations go to Amos Trust. You can see the grand total raised, towards their £15,000 goal here https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/amostrustrunthewall2021
