Last year we lost our wonderful friend and colleague Toby Berlevy. Toby was only 22 when he passed away and his death shocked and devastated everyone who knew and loved him. This May we are running the Hackney Half in memory of our kind, silly, bucket-hat-wearing mate.

We are raising money for the amazing charity, CRY. CRY raise awareness of SADs (sudden adult death syndrome) in local communities providing affected families with emotional and clinical support. They also fund screenings to identify young people at risk. Any donation no matter how small would be much appreciated.

Most of us are NOT runners so if you're free on the 17th May, please come and cheer us on. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to laugh at how slow we are running and how out of breath some of us may be. But most importantly come down and remember Toby.
