At TOMD, we know that we can’t do our best unless we feel our best. A big part of that is making sure we take regular breaks and get outside in the fresh air. So this year, we’re putting our best foot forwards and walking, running and dancing (whatever makes us happy!) 100 miles in March to raise vital funds for Mind.
We’d be really grateful for any donations you can spare – every pound will be used to help raise awareness of mental health issues in our communities and to fight mental health injustice in healthcare settings, workplaces and the law.
