Team Townley is a group of like minded fitness fanatics who secretly enjoy a good physical and mental challenge. We feel that we may as well try and do some good for a worthwhile cause while we aim to improve our own physical and mental well being.

For the month of October we will complete 3000 press ups individually to raise money for Laura Lynn. Laura Lynn provide hospice care for children across Ireland. It's important during the current pandemic to support this crucial charity during this period while fundraising has been severely hampered.
