Story
On 27th June 2026, 11-year-old Ted will set out on a challenge that most adults would think twice about: conquering the three highest peaks in the UK in under 30 hours.
Ted is a wheelchair user—but that’s never been the thing that defines him. Determination does.
This isn’t his first mountain. He has already taken on Snowdon not once, but twice, proving his resilience and spirit. Last year, he stood proudly at the summit of Ben Nevis, the tallest mountain in the UK. Each climb has been a step—quite literally—toward something bigger than himself.
But this time is different.
Taking on the Three Peaks Challenge—Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales—in such a short time is an enormous test of endurance, teamwork, and willpower. For Ted, it will demand everything he has, and more.
He won’t be doing it alone.
Supporting him every step of the way is a remarkable team of family and friends, including individuals who have served as Royal Marines, police officers, and firefighters. Their experience, strength, and unwavering belief in Ted will help carry this challenge forward—but it’s Ted’s courage that leads the way.
And he’s doing it all for a cause close to his heart.
Ted is raising money for Molly Ollys Wishes, a charity dedicated to supporting children with serious illnesses, helping to make their wishes come true and bring moments of joy during incredibly difficult times.
This challenge is about more than mountains. It’s about showing what’s possible. It’s about pushing limits, inspiring others, and making a difference.
Every mile climbed, every obstacle overcome, is a reminder that courage doesn’t come from physical strength alone—it comes from heart.
Ted’s journey won’t be easy. In fact, it will be one of the toughest things he’s ever attempted.
But if his past achievements have shown us anything, it’s this:
He doesn’t give up.
And on 27th June, with grit, determination, and an incredible team behind him, Ted will aim to conquer not just three peaks—but expectations.
Please support Ted in his journey and help him raise vital funds for Molly Ollys Wishes. Together, we can turn this extraordinary challenge into something even greater.
