Story
In Loving Memory of Terry Cripps (✝︎ 17 December 2025)
Terry was a cherished friend, partner, family-member and a warm, generous soul who touched the lives of all who knew him. As we remember him with love and gratitude, we invite friends and loved ones to mark his memory in a way that reflects the compassion and dignity he was shown at the end of his life.
In Terry’s final weeks, Princess Alice Hospice provided extraordinary care, comfort and support — not only for Terry himself, but also for Susannah and all those close to him. The team of nurses, doctors, therapists and support staff showed kindness, dignity and unwavering professionalism, ensuring Terry’s final days were as peaceful and dignified as possible. This support helped Terry and those around him focus on what truly mattered: shared moments, comfort and connection.
Princess Alice Hospice is a local charity delivering free specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people living with life-limiting illnesses in Surrey, South West London and Middlesex. Their services include compassionate care in the hospice and at home, emotional and bereavement support for families, and wellbeing programmes designed to help patients and loved ones live as fully and comfortably as possible right up until the end. Every person who walks through their doors — and every family they support — receives care without charge, made possible entirely through donations and the generosity of supporters.
Instead of sending flowers, we kindly ask that those who wish to honour Terry by making a charitable donation consider giving to Princess Alice Hospice. Your contribution will help the hospice continue its vital work, offering comfort, dignity and support to others and their families during life’s most difficult moments.
Thank you for celebrating Terry’s life in this meaningful way.
