Since 2008, it has been The Gym Group’s mission to break down barriers to fitness and help people live healthier and fitter lives.

We’re proud to partner with NHS Charities Together since 2023, supporting our local communities and continuing on that mission.

With a network of over 230 NHS charities, they provide the extra support needed to care for staff and patients while improving health in our communities.

This can mean new equipment resulting in better treatment for patients, creating wellbeing spaces for busy staff, or investing in game-changing new technology and research.

Through a series of fundraising activities in our gyms and across our gym support teams, we are aiming to raise £500 in 2025 to help play our part in supporting the NHS to go further.

All our gyms are also paired with a local NHS charity to support fundraising and volunteering opportunities within the communities we operate in.

Events to get involved with:

March 2025: HYROX Simulations or PFTs Prep sessions for Glasgow HYROX on March 16-19th

April 2025: Charity month donations Class-a-thon, Raffle, Charity PT sessions, and Sponsored events; TGG Games is suspected to be on this month.

May 2025: On the 18th, join us for the Tatton Park 10K member and team participation.

June 2025: On June 7th participate in the Stanley Park Liverpool 10K;

On June 8th join Derby Race for Life 10K

From June 12-15th celebrate HYROX World Finals vibes with site-specific competitions.

August 2025: At the end of August participate in a Class-a-Thon Marathon class session

September 2025: Another charity month Class-a-thon, Raffle, Charity PT sessions, Sponsored events; TGG Games is suspected during this month.

October 2025: TBD for HYROX events leading up may occur in September
