The Daisy Garland is a charity who work exclusively for children and families whose lives have been touched by drug-resistant epilepsy, providing support for around 18,000 children in the UK.

The support offered by the charity transforms lives, increases awareness around epilepsy, empowers parents and carers, supports mental health and brings hope to despairing families.

On June 29th, Eddie, Andrea and Gavin are taking on the Orwell Challenge, walking a half marathon distance along the beautiful River Orwell. We would love to raise some funds to support this charity, who have provided immeasurable and valued support to Gavin and Clare following their son, Dougie's diagnosis of a drug-resistant epilepsy. The charity have provided care packages and useful information to help plan Dougie's ketogenic meals, and are a fantastic resource for Gavin and Clare while they navigate the difficulties of caring for a child with specialist medical needs.
