We have an incredible group of #WishHeroes who will be taking on the 2022 London Marathon. Together, we have the power to light up the darkness for critically ill children.

Story

The training has been brutal, the knees are aching, the 04:30 starts have been draining but they are nearly ready. On 2nd October 2022 Daniel and Nathan are running their first marathon, the London Marathon. In early 2021 Daniel started a fitness journey and achieved unimaginable results. Now, 5 stone lighter and a whole lot fitter, Daniel is dedicated to this marathon and is aiming for an amazing 4 hour time. Nathan's goal for 2022 was to try and run a 10km. After achieving this early in the year, his target moved and he succeeded in a half marathon, now he too has eyes on crossing the finish line of the Marathon within 4 hours.

The charity they are running for is Make-A-Wish UK creating life-changing wishes that revive childhoods that critical illness takes away. There are 60,000 children in the UK living with a critical condition who deserve a special treat. Every mile Daniel and Nathan run in October will help achieve this vision of granting a wish to as many children as possible. Your generous support will go a long way, thank you for your donations and kind words of encouragement.

Good luck Daniel and Nathan!
