Raising money for Autism Anglia

Autism Anglia enhances the lives of autistic people across East Anglia. Our vision is to create an accepting society where autistic people are supported, able to access opportunities and fulfil their potential.

Story

Whilst this disorder may not affect everybody directly this charity is very close to me and my family with three children being diagnosed as autistic and knowing how little support there is out there for families and for the children living with autism. And although you adapt to what and who you need to support it can be very challenging for everyone supporting a child or adult with autism. Myself and a group of friends (mainly parents with neurodivergent children) are going to do 13,000 feet skydive to raise money to go towards autism anglia.

By supporting the charity, it helps families come together and get the support that they need to help their children and anybody they know live as best life as they can whilst living with different day to day challenges. These could be very small challenges or completely life changing challenges, to which some people may not see but can have a massive impact on their lives.

I know times are hard for everyone so anything that you can donate will be of so much help towards supporting families.

Autism anglia help toward education and care of children and adults with autism, whilst also supporting the many families affected by autism.

We provide a range of services aimed at enabling people with autism to live as independently as possible and to experience choice and inclusion in society.

Our services include an autism-specific school, adult residential, Outreach and Supported Living, Opportunity Centres, Autism Advice service & Training.
