THE DIFFERENCE IS NHS BORDERS’ OFFICIAL CHARITY. IT SEEKS TO ENHANCE PATIENT CARE IN THE BORDERS BY PROVIDING 'ADDED EXTRAS' THAT ARE OVER AND ABOVE THAT WHICH IS PROVIDED BY THE NHS AND BY SUPPORTING THE WONDERFUL STAFF
