In February this year, sadly, our dear Jeremy spent his final days peacefully at St Luke’s Hospice. He was cared for with respect and kindness. He was much loved by his family and friends and we’re doing this walk remembering him and helping raise much needed funds for the hospice. Any donations will be much appreciated. Thank you xx
