Can you SPONSOR US? Yes YOU! CAN YOU SPONSOR US?

The magnetic spinners! What a team's name :)

Claudia, Jon, Judith, Fatima, Sam, Mike and Nick are taking on the 10in10 challege again for the MS Society.

We are a bunch of colleagues from the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology. We work in teh Research Department of Neuroinflammation and we are dedicated to study the brain with MRI to understand the mechanisms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). We want to help finding a way to STOP this debilitating disease.

By the way: MRI stands for Magnetic Resonance Imaging, which exploits the "spin" of the Hydrogen in an external magnetic field, hence the team's name!!

While there are many treatment options available for people who are diagnosed with MS, there is still NO CURE!

Also, do you know that MS targets young adults mostly, when they are in the thriving time of their life, impacting on family and economy and society equally, forever... It is possible to slow down the disease worsening, but there is not a cure.

To help people with MS, we are helping the MS Society raising money as we are dedicated to research in MS.

We are going to CLIMB 10 PEAKS, for 2000m ELEVATION, 28km HIKE in the Peak District and we are doing it in less than 10 HOURS!

Can you sponsor us? We would really appreciate your help! We started training and dedicating part of our weekends to get fit for the challenge. Help us raise awareness of MS, help us raise funds to CURING MS!

Here some photos from the actual day!!! We did it!!!!!

And in the evening relaxing in front of food, with drinks in a glass!
