Following last years event as there were no fatalities someone decided it would be a good idea to enter the Tough Mudder event again this year, however with an additional 5k added onto the distance! (that's 15k & 30 obstacles).

We have some new faces joining us this time with 9 participants in total all helping to raise money for the charity mind. They are an organisation who are there to help fight mental health, which currently effects 1 in 4 people. This is a particular issue within the construction industry and it's inherent culture, as men are 3 times more likely to die from suicide than the national average for men.
