Story

The PCC Project

Every step we take is for children like Lennox.

The PCC Project was created to bring people together with one shared goal: supporting the incredible Oxford Hospital Paediatric Critical Care Unit.

For our family, this cause is deeply personal.

Our son, Lennox, has a rare terminal condition called SMARD1. He relies on 24-hour ventilation, and the Paediatric Critical Care team has been there for us through some of the most difficult days of our lives. Their skill, compassion and unwavering support have given Lennox the very best care and have helped our family navigate an unimaginable journey.

This team exists because we want to give something back.

Whether you're running a marathon, taking on a walking challenge, cycling, swimming or creating your own fundraiser, by joining The PCC Project you're helping to support the children, families and healthcare professionals who face extraordinary challenges every single day.

Together, we're proving that every mile, every challenge and every donation can make a real difference.

Thank you for being part of The PCC Project. Together, we're running with purpose, raising hope, and supporting the incredible team who support families like ours.
